Retreat Payment and Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Terms
50% Deposit is Due at Time of Booking. Final balances are due on April 12, 2026 (60 days prior to the retreat start date) and will be charged to the card on file at that time.2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Before April 11th, 2026: All payments made (including deposit and balance) can be refunded or applied as a credit to future retreats.
April 12, 2026 onward: There are no refunds on payments made (including deposit and balance) and can only be applied as a credit toward a future Double Eddy Ranch retreat. Cancellations initiated by Double Eddy Ranch due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to fires, weather, floods, or other natural catastrophes—will result in the full amount of payments made being refunded.3. Refunds & Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a trip once the trip begins, including if you leave a trip early for any reason or are removed from a trip.Trip pricing is a package cost; refunds and credits are not available for services not used.There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for weather, terrorism, civil strife, personal, family, or medical emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Participant Expenses & Responsibilities
Double Eddy Ranch is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparing for a trip (e.g., nonrefundable air tickets, equipment purchases, etc.) or for additional arrangements before or after the retreat.
